Currently, I lead the Canadian Design System at Manulife. My job is to make sure our libraries meet the needs of our business and internal users. I’m passionate about supporting designers, guiding them in their design system needs, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Work Experience

Over the years, I’ve built a solid foundation in UX Leadership and Design Systems. In 2018 & 2019 I led the UX team for the Sales and Onboarding division at Scotiabank Colombia, where I managed a talented team of seven designers. I’ve also contributed to the Design Systems team at Scotiabank and now oversee the Canadian Design System at Manulife 🇨🇦.
